Q3: What is the lead time for sample and mass production?
The lead time for sample of ready product is 7 days, for prototype of complete new product is 15 days(by 3D print and CNC). The lead time for mass production will be 30 to 35 days, and of course the first order will usually take longer since we need more time to confirm the golden sample, packing, instruction manuals, etc.
Q4: What is the warranty for our products?
For light source, the warranty is 2 years. For the lighting fixture with TCL driver, we offer 5 year warranty, and 3 year warranty for the lighting fixtures with other supplier鈥檚 LED driver.
