The aluminum plastic PPR pipe is composed of five layers, the middle layer is thin-walled aluminum foil, the outer layer is PPR, the inner layer is pex , and the layers are bonded with plastic and metal.
Our product is a Metal-Plastic multilayer pipe made of five layers: an inside and outside PP-R layers tightly bonded with melted adhesive to the mid-layer of aluminum core which is longitudinally welded. The aluminum layer impedes the expansion of the pipe due to the change in temperature and it offers a 100% airproof base structural layer of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of PP-R.
